We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.
Return Policy
Returns are allowed under the following conditions:
The bottle must be undamaged
The perfume must be full, unused, or sealed
A valid reason for return must be provided
Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
Customer must contact us via WhatsApp on the first day of receiving the product
Returns for unnecessary or invalid reasons will not be accepted.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged item received
Customer does not like the fragrance
The product must remain unused and in original condition.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed through:
Bank transfer
PayFast (original payment method)
Refunds will be completed within 7 working days after approval.
Delivery charges are not refundable.
Important Notes
Products damaged after use will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake is from our side.
